We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our environmental laboratory operations. This role is responsible for overseeing technical activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, maintaining facility and equipment performance, and delivering high-quality analytical services to clients.
This role sits between tactical delivery and enterprise strategy-owning critical finance technology initiatives, leading global process modernization, and shaping a scalable, data‑driven finance ecosystem. Over time, this person will serve as a central operational partner across the property and broader family ecosystem, helping bring consistency to systems, strengthening coordination across vendors and projects, supporting ongoing improvements, and contributing to both the structure and evolution of the estate in a deeply trusted capacity. Construction & Renovation Awareness: Experience or familiarity with managing renovation projects, contractor coordination, and serving as an owner's representative for capital or insurance-related work, particularly on a second property, with the ability to translate broader estate needs and ideas into structured execution.
p>Artificial Intelligence: - This role will lead critical workstreams on defining the use cases and workflows powered by AI and technology for the broader Americas organization, including onboarding & piloting new capabilities with vendors, redefining how work is completed with the support of AI, and setting up the KPIs to measure outcomes.
