• Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule as needed
Physical Requirements:
• Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 35-100 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)
• Ability to drive long distances
• Ability to maneuver in restrictive areas; often squatting, kneeling, crawling and reaching overhead, while lifting, holding and maneuvering tools or service parts weighing from 20-50 lbs.
. What we’re looking for:
Required Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude; professional experience with mechanical repair/maintenance is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of and experience with liquid propane and natural gas is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to mentor and train other technicians
• Expert at servicing common mechanical problems and ability to address more complicated service issues
• Ability to independently solve new/advanced system issues
• Confident to work on own with proper support
• Follows through to ensure issues are addressed
• Values customer focus and encourages team to serve clients well.

This position will require frequent coordination with Planning & Production Control, Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers at other sites, and Operations Leads to ensure that mBOMs are up to date, design tooling that will be needed for manufacturing, lead times are documented, and work order instructions will be available when needed and that proper documentation is in place for floor operations.
