p>In this role as a Sales Operations Manager, you will: Strategic Planning & Enablement Help develop and maintain territory and quota models that optimize sales coverage and performance Support annual and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure accurate revenue planning Partner with sales leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies Drive initiatives to build sales enablement tools and dashboards that empower the sales team Lead change management programs and process improvement initiatives Manage special projects that advance sales operational excellence Collaborate with marketing to develop campaign materials and support promotional initiatives.
Sales Technology & Systems Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce CRM Lead and manage a team of 3 estimators, providing guidance and oversight to ensure accurate and timely project estimates Drive advancement of IQuote and related estimating systems Optimize processes and enforce best practices across sales systems Collaborate with Technology/Systems teams on tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight) enhancements, integrations, and system changes Partner with the Enablement team to drive tool adoption, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.
