Walk and inspect vacant spaces, ensure smoke detectors are operational, lights are off, space is secure, heat is set at min temp in winter, etc.• Basement and storage areas - ensure they are neat and orderly; if not, notify Maintenance Manager.• Ensure all roof drains are clean and free of snow, trash, and other debris. Walk and inspect the basements, equipment rooms, parking garages & sweep as necessary (including stairs), alert Maintenance Manager of any leaks, irregular noises or things out of the ordinary, etc.• Ensure basement lighting is operational; if necessary, change bulbs.•
