The Banner Gateway Medical Surgical Unit, is a very busy 24-bed unit that specializes in care of oncology patients, from diagnosis, treatment, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation treatment, symptom management, palliative (supportive) care, clinical trials, and care of some stem cell patients. Within our over 200 bed, state-of-the-art facility, specially trained nurses, physicians and other clinical professionals utilize the most advanced technology - including iCare ICU monitoring and robotic surgery - to provide high quality, child-friendly, family-centered care.
