Roving Maintenance Technician The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to AnimalsRoving Maintenance TechnicianAsheville, North CarolinaUnder the general direction of the Manager, Facilities Operations the Roving Maintenance Technician is responsible for multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the day which include, but are not limited to: equipment maintenance, special event support, basic plumbing and electrical work, light vehicle maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, carpentry, painting, and inspection of fire alarm and generator systems throughout the Behavior Rehabilitation Center and ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance facilities. General repair, including, but not limited to: repair/ replace locks, hinges, push bars, doors, door stops, door closers, sanding, spackling, caulking, replacing/ repairing sheetrock/ cement board/ hard backer, painting, floor/ wall tile, carpeting, furnishings, glass frosting, countertops, carpentry, mounting items such as pictures/ paintings/ shelving on walls, furniture/ equipment assembly.
