Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related • 16 years of product development experience, including mechanical design experience, project management, and supervision • Skilled in finite element analysis (FEA), computer aided design (CAD), 3-D modeling, and simulation software; preferably Nastran, FEMAP, Simcenter, and NX CAD • Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%) • Valid driver license and reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday • Ability to learn operation of lift trucks. External Job Responsibilities: • Lead the development, implementation, and performance of CAE, Simulation, FEA, Stability, and Structural Analysis tools that support validation of new and existing vehicles, systems, and components.
