NewWarehouse Associate Q LLCWarehouse AssociateDover, NHFull timeEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Moves materials between areas, maintains organization of raw stock and WIP Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database when items are movedPlays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, during and after the launch of a new business system (Oracle Netsuite), and barcode scanning system (WMS) Enters data for quantities of parts issued and transferred from warehouse, inventory, and cycle count adjustments into computer databaseReceiving and issuing finished goods into a computer databaseTroubleshooting quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnelSchedules and performs the movement of products throughout the warehouse including picking for departments, putaway, storage, and shipment of finished productsPreparing reports for performed cycle counts, shortages, and pick-lists Preparing for and participating in yearly physical inventoryManages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignmentsPerforming other work-related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High School Diploma with focus on business/computer curriculumMinimum of one year Inventory Control experienceMust be computer literate, experience using ERP, WMS preferred (Oracle Netsuite a Plus)Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracyMust be an excellent communicator across all levels of the organizationAbility to handle multiple internal customers, multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are met, providing excellent customer service. Position Summary The Warehouse Inventory Associate provides excellent internal customer service, moves and monitors items received, needed for processing, ready for stock/shipment, and those which have been issued and transferred among multiple locations or departments.
