Establishes, monitors and enhances communication channels that enables open communication, Holds regular meetings to ensure timely and accurate two-way communication between teams, departments, functions and business entities, Provides and maintains effective communication with the community, medical staff, hospital and departmental management and staff, Keeps the Nurse Manager informed through accurate written and verbal communication, Receives report form Nurse Manager / Shift Manager; gives an accurate and concise report to the oncoming Shift Manager/Nurse Manager focusing on personnel and patient care issues, Leadership.
