Bachelor or Master's degree in a Hospitality related field (i.e. Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Hotel Management, etc.) or Business Management; plus three years full time teaching experience or part time equivalent in a Hospitality related program; plus five to seven years full time management experience at a Front of the House upscale restaurant.
