Under the direction of the Team Leader or Clinical Supervisor, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing quality patient care, including the physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental factors of patients served, using the tenets of our Lighthouse patient-centered care. Located along the southern shore of Chesapeake Bay, our scenic, resort-style campus is home to a vibrant community of residents and staff who share a passion for service, joy, and well-being.
