Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a record of graduate teaching experience in an academic setting and be able to demonstrate skills, experience, and potential to facilitate the learning of all students, including those historically underrepresented in higher education such as students of color, LGBTQIA students, students with disabilities, first-generation college students, and more. Applicants must have experience in teaching graduate nursing students using the New Essentials Core Competencies (AACN 2021) in all aspects of graduate education, which include nursing courses in the didactic setting, clinical student teaching, and supervision in skills lab, simulation, and healthcare and community settings.
