Location: Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute 1300 Hempel Ave, Ocoee, FL Schedule: Full-Time (Days and Nights available) Responsibilities Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutritional needs Provide routine treatments and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and other assigned measurements Accurately document patient information per Orlando Health policies Communicate changes or concerns to the RN or care team Participate in handoff reports and purposeful hourly rounding Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, and team members Maintain patient privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times Transport equipment, specimens, medications (excluding controlled substances and IV chemo), and supplies as needed Answer patient call lights, phones, and guest requests promptly Demonstrate competency in unitāspecific skills and tasks Required Qualifications Education/Training High school diploma or equivalent AND at least one year of nursing assistant experience within the past five years OR Completion of a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Assistant program State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduate of an approved School of Nursing Medical Corpsman, EMT, paramedic, or licensed medical personnel outside the U.S. Licensure/Certification Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification (required) Experience No prior experience required Benefits Beyond the Expected Orlando Health is committed to providing you with benefits that go beyond the expected, with career-growing FREE education programs and well-being services to support you and your family through every stage of life.
