Reporting to the Family Care Services Market Director, this manager oversees an 18-bed Labor and Delivery unit comprising five labor rooms, seven postpartum rooms, one triage/antepartum room, three pediatric rooms, two surgical beds, a four-to-six-bed Level II nursery, and one OB operating room, with a team of 27.1 FTEs including RNs, an OB nurse navigator, lactation consultants, unit coordinators, and support staff. The hospital is a 240-bed acute care facility serving communities across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, and is the only hospital in the area recognized as an ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center and a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
