This includes clinical oversight for the RNs, LPNs, and MA's, conducting periodic audits, monitoring and implementing improvements in clinical operations and quality metrics, managing the corrective action planning process, overseeing regulatory compliance, facilitating policy development, and coordinating outcome reporting and partnerships/communications with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to the overall health center mission. PHMC serves as both a direct service provider to individuals, families, and communities across the region and as an intermediary agent - managing large-scale contracts, government and philanthropic partnerships, and multidisciplinary initiatives that require operational sophistication, strategic leadership, and deep mission alignment.
