PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work requires long periods of standing, walking, lifting supplies weighing up to ten (10) pounds, assisting patients in transfers to examination tables, performing routine lab work such as blood draws and specimen collection; and extended periods of extensive contact with infectious diseases; ability to drive an automobile. This includes maintenance, disease prevention, psychosocial and physical assessment; investigation, treatment, education and prevention of infectious diseases, family planning, fetal-infant mortality review/prevention, prenatal care, quality assessment and improvement, pediatrics, immunizations, sexual and reproductive wellness, and other public health programs and services.
