Key Job Responsibilities • Deliver professional care for emergencies, minor illnesses, or injuries, including assessment, treatment, and referral • Safety or HR guidance • Ensure all onsite medical equipment is operational and properly maintained • Lead or coordinate company interactions with external medical providers and suppliers • Operate health and safety protocols such as audiometric testing, respirator exams, wellness checks, and other wellness activities • Provide counseling and crisis intervention, referring employees as needed, and inform management of issues affecting performance within confidentiality limits • Assist with hearing conservation per OSHA, perform annual audiograms, counsel employees, and organize flu shot and blood drive programs • Participate in safety training as required.
