Provide comprehensive primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions • Conduct patient visits, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications in accordance with scope of practice • Manage preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education • Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and care coordinators • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, including quality improvement initiatives with the pharmacy team • Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement • Participate in academic activities, including the potential to precept Nurse Practitioner students. Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program License and active registration as a registered nurse/nurse practitioner in New York State Prior experience in primary care or Internal Medicine strongly preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Interest in academic practice, teaching, and collaborative care models Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.
