13.Performs resident care including lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc., as necessary, utilizing facility technique. 6.Reports all changes in the resident’s condition (i.e., areas of redness, skin tears, bruising, mental status change, eating habits, etc.) to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
