Performs basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities including obtaining vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, blood drain management, assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living and maintains patient rooms are orderly. Overall Responsibility: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, RN, performs delegated tasks and procedures of patient care, involving the physical, psychological, social, emotional, safety and security needs of the patient according to the patient plan of care.
