Lead end-to-end physician and provider group transaction processes, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, deal structuring, and post-closing integration handoff 2. Partner with internal and external legal counsel to develop, negotiate, and execute letters of intent and definitive agreements across employment models, professional services agreements (PSAs), co-management agreements, joint ventures, and affiliations 3. Review and critically evaluate pro formas and business case documents prepared by the FP&A team; apply rigorous financial acumen to assess deal economics 4. Manage valuation processes with external consultants to confirm fair market value of transactions, including quality of earnings adjustments, pro forma/normalization calculations, and working capital analysis 5.
