| Qualifications: |
| - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. |
| - 8-10 years of overall IT experience with significant focus in the relevant security domain. |
| - Relevant OEM and industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, OEM-specific certifications) preferred. |
| - Prior experience in customer-facing T&T / consulting / architect roles. |

| Key Responsibilities: |
1.- Utilize diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, Mist Dashboard) to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Wi-Fi issues.
Project Management: - Lead and support Wi-Fi-related projects, from initial planning and design through deployment and post-implementation support.
