li>Assist in maintenance of air handler units to include cleaning, applying chemicals, changing/cleaning filters, changing blower wheels, lubricate non-sealed bearings, cleaning housing, welding coolant leaks, etc. Responsible for minor plumbing repairs, repair leaks, unstops drains, repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures, minor soldering and brazing or any other work assigned by lead/manager.
