The TCAP Mentor will provide the following professional services: facilitating weekly restorative circles (which teach students socialization, communication, and conflict management skills), tutoring, mentoring, providing academic enrichment opportunities, supporting parent/caregiver engagement and empowerment through home visits, calls, and email, developing student workshops, training and coaching volunteers, teaching peer mentoring skills, and professional development. Program Administration and Evaluation: Assist in evaluation of the TCAP program, by tracking services and referrals provided, reminding parents/caregivers and students about form and survey deadlines, and entering data from anonymous student and parent surveys.
