PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Provide consultation, screening, brief intervention and referral to treatment, for patients and their social networks + Provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) screening and intake + Use motivational interviewing techniques + Provide brief crisis interventions and brief therapy + Participate in case reviews + Chart patient contact in the electronic health record + Prepare information requested by outside agencies such as DSHS, Social Security Administration, and Seattle Housing Authority + Supportive interventions to assist people to develop their fullest potential (employment, continuing education, housing, community integration, developing social supports, etc.) either directly or as a referral **REQUIREMENTS** + A Master's Degree in behavioral sciences, such as psychology, psychiatric nursing, occupational therapy, vocational or educational counseling, or social work OR Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a behavioral science AND three years' of experience in the direct delivery of professional mental health care.
