To support the mission of Helio Health, the Critical Time Intervention Mental Health Professional is a care manager, but in addition to Care Management tasks, they resolve clinical and rehabilitative needs, when within scope of practice, that impact the individual’s ability to meet recovery goals. The CTI model is a time-limited form of case management that focuses on helping people with severe mental illness (SMI) and a history of homelessness during a “critical time” transitional period in their lives.

Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation: Helio Health's insurance carrier requires that employees who drive personal vehicles for work maintain minimum auto insurance coverage limits of at least $100,000/person; $300,000/accident and that employees provide HR with proof of current minimum insurance coverage (copy of Auto Liability Insurance Declaration Page) on their first day of employment. The interventionist must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (Licenses that fall under the LMHP umbrella include: Licensed Psychologists Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapists).
