Monitor patient safety and maintain awareness of patient location and condition at all times ⢠Conduct and document safety rounds and close observations per policy ⢠Assist with admissions and discharges, including belongings search and documentation ⢠Support implementation of individualized treatment plans ⢠Observe, document, and report changes in behavior, mood, and physical condition ⢠Utilize approved de-escalation techniques to manage behavioral concerns ⢠Follow all policies related to crisis intervention, seclusion, and restraint ⢠Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene and personal care ⢠Obtain and record vital signs and other assigned clinical data ⢠Complete required documentation accurately and timely (flow sheets, observation records, detox monitoring) ⢠Support therapeutic groups, structured activities, and meal supervision ⢠Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment. ⢠High school diploma or GED required ⢠Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred ⢠Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, substance use treatment, or healthcare preferred ⢠CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain) ⢠Handle With Care - Safe Physical Management certification required (or willingness to obtain) ⢠Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills ⢠Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
