Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with HQ USSOCM Directorates, USCENTCOM Component and Joint Task Force staffs, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) FOIA office, the Joint Staff J-8, HQ SOCOM Comptroller activities, other Combatant Commands, Contracting Offices, commercial/academic research institutes, DARPA and Allies. Knowledge and experience of advanced special tactics operations, procedures, techniques, tactics, systems, equipment, and methods to serve as an operational baseline for the integration of current operational needs requirements, strategic technology investment, planning, programming budgeting, management of directorates, and integration of diverse programs.
