Responsibilities: <ul><li> Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li> Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.</li><li> Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.</li><li> Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.</li><li> Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.</li><li> Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.</li><li> Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.</li><li> Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.</li><li> Track project milestones and deliverables.</li><li> Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.</li><li> Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.</li><li> Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.</li><li> Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering.</li><li> Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device</li><li> Proven experience with Design History Files (DHF).</li><li> Exceptional technical writing skills.</li><li> Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills.</li><li> Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li> Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li> Proficient in project management software.</li><li> Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li> Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li> Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.</li><li> Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).</li></ul> This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking projects in the scientific industry. As a Controls Technical Specialist I, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing the accuracy, reliability, and system control’s data credibility of PLC and PC-based automation systems.
