This role supports high-quality oncology imaging workflows and provides essential diagnostic services. You will join a collaborative imaging team that values professional growth, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. Essential Job Functions <ul><li> Maintain ARRT or modality-specific clinical competencies </li><li> Verify orders, ensure proper patient identification, and prepare patients for exams </li><li> Perform imaging exams per protocol; assess image quality and accuracy </li><li> Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain compliance with NRC and regulatory agencies </li><li> Complete studies efficiently without compromising patient care standards </li><li> Provide patient instruction, education, and comfort during procedures </li><li> Assist and mentor students and technologists on procedures and equipment </li><li> Apply sterile and infection control techniques </li><li> Operate imaging equipment and electronic imaging systems </li><li> Maintain accurate documentation per state and Joint Commission standards </li><li> Follow protocols around medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC, and equipment reporting </li></ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul><li> Current license in state of practice </li><li> ARRT or NMTCB clinical board certification </li><li> Basic Life Support (BLS) certification </li><li> IV certification </li><li> One year of clinical Nuclear Medicine experience preferreed but not required </li></ul> Why Intermountain Health We offer a supportive environment focused on growth, innovation, and high-quality patient care.
