Medical Laboratory Technologist- evening shift (MLT/MLS) Southern Illinois Hospital Services
Performs complex laboratory procedures; recognizes deviation from expected results; analyzes and corrects problems using scientific principles under direct supervision per CLIA requirements.
Performs proficiency testing, quality control, professional consultation, instrument maintenance and validation, testing validation, testing management and other leadership functions including but not limited to financial,all quality functions, staff scheduling and instrumentation alone with new utilization. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Physics, Chemistry or related field.

Performs instrument check, analyzer maintenance, calibrations, quality control, competencies, proficiency testing, and patient testing.
