EDUCATION
- Bachelors in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical or biological science OR HEW certificate with 4 years' experience in lieu of degree.

Candidate should also have a minimum of 3 years of core laboratory experience including, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank.
Maintains records that demonstrate proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient. Documents all quality control activities, instrument/procedural calibrations, and maintenance performed.
