In the absence of the MST Program Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing coverage for all clinical duties, including, but not limited to weekly case review, conducting supervision meetings, participating and overseeing consultation with MST consultant, reporting, and all outreach normally conducted by the PM. MST intervention is a short-term (three to five months), intensive (services are available 24 hours a day), and community-based clinical intervention aimed at promoting pro-social behavior and interrupting the child's involvement with the juvenile justice system.
