Required: • Current unencumbered RN license • CPR certification • Five years experience in long-term care facility • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential • Knowledge and experience related to the physical, mental and emotional needs of the elderly • Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care • Knowledge of current nursing techniques, federal and state nursing home regulations, and experience in regulatory surveys, resident assessments and recertification • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other computer skills.
