Maintain clean, neat, and well-organized work and buffet areas, which includes but is not limited to hoods, filters, steam tables, bus tables, carts, ovens and grills, sinks, refrigerator/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, sneeze guards, and counters. The Bistro/Barista Supervisor sets-up, services, and breaks-down the food and beverage areas ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service, as well as acts as the host with how he/she interacts with the guests of the hotel.
