Responsibilities: Provides effective remote and on-site Nextgen, NexTech, EMA, Phreesia and MIPS training for new patient service representatives, clinical assistants, aestheticians, nurse injectors, triage staff, clinic leaders, clinicians and other staff as assigned. Actively participates in development and continuous improvement of the training program, including recommending revisions and improvements to existing training materials, methods, and training guides.
