Processes administrative forms and a variety of documentation associated with human resources activities, such as employment applications, personnel transactions, personnel files, conditional employment offers, eligibility lists, performance appraisals, employee personal information changes, subpoenas, check-out forms, and/or public records requests; reviews forms for the purpose of verifying for completion, qualifications and/or eligibility; ensures compliance with established laws, regulations, and/or agency policies and procedures; processes within designated timeframes; distributes documentation or retains as appropriate. Performs data entry into various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) which include applicant information and status updates, test/interview scores, new hires, merit increases, employee transfers, reclassifications, promotions, address changes, employee personal information updates, and/or leaves of absence including family medical leave; verifies, updates, corrects, and maintains information.
