Key Responsibilities · Develop, manage, and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales goals · Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with farmers, producers, and ag businesses · Actively prospect new customers while servicing existing accounts within assigned territory · Conduct on-site farm visits, product demonstrations, and needs assessments · Negotiate pricing, financing options, and equipment solutions to close profitable sales · Deliver a consistently high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale · Maintain expert-level knowledge of agricultural equipment, attachments, and technology · Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences · Complete timely follow-up documentation and sales reporting · Represent Wickham Tractor Co. with professionalism and integrity.
