Engineering Technician (Building Envelope)

This role offers the opportunity to oversee diverse building envelope projects involving roofing, waterproofing, facades, fenestration, forensic investigations, remedial design, quality assurance, and performance testing for commercial, healthcare, educational, institutional, industrial, and multi-family facilities. Responsibilities include project management, technical oversight, client development, forensic investigations, remedial design, quality assurance observations, and construction-phase services related to roofing, waterproofing, facades, windows, and other enclosure systems.
