Experience using 10X Genomics Single Cell Technologies (scFLEX/scFFPE, 5’CITEseq, Xenium, etc.) and other high-throughput sequencing approaches (ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, SMART-seq, Perturb-seq, HiC, etc).
