Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred • Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems • Universal EPA/CFC certification (required) • Valid state drivers license with clean driving record • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
