This includes having a solid understanding of a variety of technical scopes that include but not limited to: civil work, site utilities, all plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, electrical systems, electronic communication systems, building exterior, interior finishes, roofing systems, testing and commissioning. A graduate of a 4-year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
