Demonstrate strong team building, leadership, and communication skills to build relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership • Monitor the programs performance as well as support the programs schedule and completion of key milestones • Run key program-level meetings and provide guidance to the program's team leads • Support the program's Earned Value Management (EVM) approach, monitor the program's budget, and support the completion of financial analysis, projections, and reports • Manage the programs risks and opportunities and lead the program's change management processes • Coordinate with other programs/offices to resolve dependencies/reduce program risks • Coordinate with support and functional offices to ensure program compliance as well as enable program support to include supply chain, finance, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, facilities, and security • Lead program proposal efforts • Ensure that the program complies with L3Harris policies and lead the program's preparation for compliance audits • Manage program reporting requirements to include contract data requirements list (CDRL) submissions, Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) • Inform L3Harris leaders and Government stakeholders of the program's status and related issues to both resolve problems and ensure program success. • Ability to communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches • Ability to make significant improvements in processes, systems, or products • Ability to provide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results • Availability for travel in support of program activities (up to 20% of the time) • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance • Experience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community Organizations • Experience in managing agile ceremonies • Deep Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
