Leidosā Defense Systems is seeking a Quality Program Manager. Leidos is a key partner to the U.S. Army on the Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) Program, a next-generation, ground-based defense system designed to counter evolving aerial threats including unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), cruise missiles, and rockets.
We are seeking a results-oriented, highly organized professional to support the Atlanta, Macon & Tampa sales teams by partnering closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive Total TV (linear, OTT, and digital) revenue growth.
- Own and execute OWA's paid digital advertising across Google Search, Google Display, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and programmatic display ā managing campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategy, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization.
- Serve as the strategic lead for OWA's social media efforts, providing paid social strategy, content direction, platform guidance, and performance oversight to the social media team across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as OWA's primary internal expert on integrated media strategy, owning the planning and strategic direction for all paid media channels including broadcast TV, radio, outdoor/billboard, digital display, paid social, Google/PPC, programmatic, and OTA advertising.
As OWA matures its internal capabilities, this role is responsible for media strategy in-house, managing third-party buying partners or contractors as needed, and ensuring every paid channel ā TV, radio, outdoor, digital, social, programmatic ā is performing against defined business goals.
