Desired Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience as an electronics, avionics, or electro-mechanical technician Experience supporting production, manufacturing, MRO, or repair environments Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or regulated industries (preferred) Comfortable using a PC to access documentation, drawings, and instructions Strong team skills and willingness to mentor less-experienced technicians This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
