Install, inspect, test, adjust, repair, and perform line turnarounds, changeovers, and preventative maintenance per established procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, talk, hear, and smell, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull 350-pound carts with wheels. Troubleshoots, identifies causes of breakdowns, and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have: • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Solid understanding of OSHA safety practices and LOTO • Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic • Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and control systems • Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful • Ability to work overtime as needed.
