What You'll Do* Process parts inquiries, orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests* Assist technicians and customers with identifying correct replacement parts and equipment solutions* Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options* Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy* Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and service excellence* Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels* Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations* Receive, stock, pull, organize, and distribute parts inventory* Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives* Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination* Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and shipping records* Utilize ERP, inventory management, and dealership systems to track parts and inventory activity* Coordinate with service managers, technicians, vendors, and operations teams* Support aftermarket operations and equipment service workflow efficiencyWe're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:Industries* Material Handling* Forklift* Heavy Equipment* Construction Equipment* Agriculture Equipment* Automotive Parts* Diesel Equipment* Industrial Equipment* Warehouse Operations* Equipment Rental* Fleet Operations* Parts counter support* Equipment dealership operations* Inventory control* Warehouse logistics* Fleet parts management* Shipping & receiving* Vendor coordination* ERP systems* Inventory management systems (IMS)* Microsoft Excel & Microsoft 365* Purchase order processing* Service coordination* Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems knowledge* Strong multitasking and organizational skills* Sense of urgency and operational awareness* Customer-first mindset* Detail-oriented and process-driven* Ability to thrive in fast-paced service environments* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitudeForklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus.
