This position will require access to ITAR and/or EAR controlled technical data, technology or source code, and requires that all individuals in this role be authorized to access such information. li>Compression and transfer molding, hand lay-up, rubber-to-metal bonding, composite-to-metal bonding, vacuum bag autoclave curing, pressure bag bonding, testing/inspection of compound and finished parts. This position will require access to ITAR and/or EAR controlled technical data, technology or source code, and requires that all individuals in this role be authorized to access such information. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. In close partnership with the Chief Engineer and Program Leadership, this role is responsible for delivery planning, team execution, and operational alignment to ensure high-quality flight systems are delivered on schedule and in accordance with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain requirements. |
