The engineer is responsible for establishing and deploying best practices from OSC, TGO, coating equipment OEMs, and industry benchmarks while identifying and eliminating process risks impacting first-pass yield, hidden rework, coating thickness variation, coating geometry variation, operator dependency, and production throughput.
