p>• Qualifying sales opportunities and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP Level Executives to address business needs • Creating, deliver and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns • Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close • Upselling and leverage business from new and established customer relationships • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions. 8+ years of Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company Have experience selling UCaaS/CX solutions Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Have experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
